I put it in different spots sometimes but I usually do it in the center under my nose, it just seems natural to me.

In my youtube video (the last one on skruf stark los) I addressed this. However here is a pic of me from a few days ago with a 3 gram prilla in my lip.

That peice of skin is completely flat in my mouth, I didnt do it on perpose, it just happened. At first it was kinda sore but I kept putting snus up there and now that skin is gone.
