My first experience with a non wite portion

Sounded kinda racist didn't it? Anyway I got my first order in yesterday and up until now I've only had the general mint whites both large and mini (still kickin myself for buying three cans of minis which are hiding in the freezer). In the order I got some thunder frosted extra strongs. When I opened the can I said whoa these things are kinda soggy. They were kinda stuck together and were definetely moist. I popped one in and boom there was the flavor. With whites I'm used to it taking a little bit to get going. Oh and the nic hit was solid. I'll love these in the morning when I'm really feenin. So if anyone new to snus wants to try regular portions I highly reccomend it.

I keep my Onyx in the back of the fridge, once they make it north to the free-zer, they live harmoniously with other general varieties. Still cannot be seen with Ettan or Taboca. When will there be peace in the snus world in my head?

The thing about white portions is they have little to no drip, and the nicotine becomes apparent before the flavor. With original portions, you get the flavor very quickly then the nicotine. Original portions get an extra spraying with moisture at the end of the manufacturing process to make them a bit more more moist. White portions don't get that step, so the moist snus stays in a white portion bag, and doesn't leak or juice up as much as an original portion would.

Then, also there is 01/02, which is a hybrid original/white portion. You get the comfort and flavor of an original portion, without the drip or juicing up of an original portion. It's like an Original White portion.
