Hi, I'm an ex-smoker who just in the last year got into cigars and then into the little cigars regularly for about the last 8 months. I want get away from the smoking again and have turned to snus. With nothing to try here in the US but Camel and Marlboro, I'm left yearning for some better to help me get totally away from the smokes for good. I have been reading a lot of forum comments here for the last few weeks here and have placed a few orders for some recommendations on snus from forum members. There is a lot of good info here and I can wait to enjoy my first shipment when it comes soon. It was shipped Tues and has yet to arrive and Northerner never sent me a tracking number, so I have no idea when it will get here. I emailed them asking for the tracking and have yet to hear a reply.

I have some more different and stronger on a order that is pending and out of stock on GetSnus, too.

I remember when i quit the smokes (30 to 40) a day, the stronger snuses helped me a lot, and i still use strong snus.
I,ve never tried the camel or marlboro snuses but have to say swedish snus is great. You,ll enjoy it.

Hi all. New to the forums and snus; just started using snus about a couple of weeks ago. Seems to be helping in my plan to get totally off the cigs - easily halved my cig usage (was up to 25+ on a bad day) in a couple of days, and still dropping. Never found it this easy before - even tried e-cigs, but they didn't seem to do it for me.

Anyway, this was just to say hello, and thanks for being here - a great source of info! Now all I have to do is see if I can find something other than two Catch Dry flavours (Eucalyptus and Licorice) here in Kuala Lumpur! Just as well I like both...

I've taken a look at that, and using FedEx would probably be OK (there's a FedEx office real close to my work). Not sure as yet if snus will be a long-term thing for me - I'll admit to failing to quit cigs several times before - but if so I'd rather get a local supply. Apart from anything else, a tin of Catch Dry is between 2 and 3 bucks (US) here, which seems to be slightly less than many online stores.

Still, I do find myself looking for something minty, so you never know! Maybe I'll try one of the sample packs, depending on shipping.

Yeah. Not sure exactly where Malaysia is on the globe, but I do like a few bands from Singapore.

Malaysia (well, Peninsular Malaysia) is the peninsula just north of Singapore; they're connected by road/rail causeways. (I'd go in to history a bit, but it's 1 AM here, and I'm a bit too tired!)

I should probably mention that I'm an ex-pat from the UK, though, so my local knowledge is only a couple of years old. For now - thanks again for the welcome and suggestion! Time to hit the sack here I fear.
