Normal snus that doesn't have any modifiers in the name is typically 8-10 mg nicotine. Strong, stark, or sterk is generally 10-15mg nicotine. Extra strong/stark/sterk is 15-20mg nicotine. Extreme or any other "real big" modifier is >20mg nicotine. Those are general guidelines, and there'll be variability between manufacturers.Leave a comment:

What strength.
Ok to clarify the meaning. I'm very new to suns and I don't understand the strengths of the different kinds. A friend sent me some different flavors, and if my old wore out memory serves me, it was all extra strong.
My only attempts with Swedish suns have been the general brand.
If someone could please explain how to tell strength of snus it would be a huge help.
So far All I'm familiar with is e-juice. That one I understand.
So please help a newbie out
