Just wondering if anyone has a link for a ups support email? My previous order obviously being smashed by ups and put in a new box is one thing but being a complete dickhead is different i really feel like i have to report this. Thanks in advance

I'm not sure that falls under the category of "actionable offense". Irritating, but in the end, he was just doing his job. A bit too diligent perhaps, but still within the bounds of his job.

I don't know about that.... If anything it falls under poor customer service relations and rude behavior. UPS drivers do have a job to do and that is to deliver their package and verify age if needed and be courteous . Not be a smart ass and say what is in the package and be rude about it.... If there is a person of age signing the package what was the point in saying what is in there... I think he went to far and should be reported.... JMHO

I'm pretty sure the content of MY PACKAGE with MY NAME on it is private. I think devulging the contents to someone without authority to open it could be seen as similar to somebody else opening my package. Not sure but still. I am 18 the website said ADULT signature required not Alcohol buying power signature required. I understand if it said 21 but saying "o its chewing tobacco" *stern look* who the hell are you? If my parents want to tell me using tobacco is bad thats their right not my ups delivery mans

on a good side note....ive tried my jule my prima fint and rothbrix blue...all very good. at first the blue tastes like gin when swallowed i guess because thats a main ingredient in gin. havent tried the classic yet but holy BALLS this jule is amazing

What do you think of the Prima? I only had 1 tin a long time ago. My opinion; it was decent, but unremarkable. I didn't feel the need to get it again, but I'm wondering if my tastes have developed enough to give it another try.

That's exactly what i was thinkin! I thought wow this is good but it was so.....subtle....that it wasnt something i was all excited about. It had a similar taste to ettan i think. It's very....tobaccoey like odens extreme without the pepper and more mild

yep i've read all about it. want to try pioneer but with this order i had a small limit to place on myself for 60 bucks and after 3 rolls of soon to expire a can of jule and a can of prima fint both of which i was very interested in i had reached my limit. Didn't want to be swimming in snus so i have to put a limit on myself while i try everything. Might jsut throw in 10 cans o pioneer next time if i even can considering my ups man might demand a cavity search of me next time

So as i was paitently waiting for my snus to arrive today it took a lot longer than usual. The UPS man makes his way up my steps and knocks on the door.
I give him a hello and he says "I need someone twenty-one" I had sent it to where im living while on school break which is my grandpas until i catch a plane to my parents. Showed the dude my ID stating I was twenty and it was no dice. Had to bring gramps in. He was aware of the packages incoming and kindly signed for it while my ups man tried to put on his "I think I should give parenting advice to this 20 years olds grandfather face" and said "you do know this is chewing tobacco sir?" After talking to the people that received my package previously in other places they said ups was totally cool about it and just had them sign. Of course where i would primarily send thsi stuff has to be delivered by a dickhead.
Anyways I got 3 rolls of soon to expire and a can of loose jule and loose prima fint. the 3 rolls were Rob....(don't remember how to spell it) 2 were classic 1 was blue. Loving my chri9stmas snus right now so i will sample the others later

I just looked at my UPS tracking for my order and realized it says I need someone 21 to sign for it. I'm 20 and it's highly unlikely that anyone else will be at my house when it's delivered. What happens if they won't give it to me?

I've had my stuff delivered to other people when i knew i wouldnt be home and they've never had a problem. I think its just mine that will ask for 21 and over ID to get it. My sister left a note on her door saying heres my signature please leave package and they did

What a wanker! Thank God HK SpeedPost doesn't employ retards like that. When I order a small quantity of snus the postman usually just puts it in my post box and carries on with business as usual. If I order a large quantity (1 roll or more) he just comes to my doorstep and asks me if the address on the package is my address and proceeds to hand over the large parcel of snus while saying "have a good day sir!" Thankfully HK postman aren't nosy bastards, they don't even bother looking at the package label let alone accusing it to be 'chewing tobacco'. No discrepancies, No ID check, hell, the postman even gave the package to my 14 year old brother while I was away.
