Hey guys have an order coming in tomorrow but UPS wont let me change it to Thursday. Do they need to make a failed attempt before I can change it? Just need to know if i can change it to earlier on Thursday if not then I would need to change it to Saturday

Not entirely sure, but I think your options are twofold: tell them to hold it at the nearest depot and you will pick it up, or let them put a note on your door, in which case you will either have to go pick it up anyway or leave instructions for UPS to pick up Thursday, then drop off actual package another day. -
