If you want to try løs, buy some Røda Lacket to start with. It's very easy to bake.

Thanks Hanske. There was a top 5 or 10 Snus list on the site i ordered from - having no knowledge or little at best i just picked a few from there. Not sure about løs right now but i guess i'll learn more about it in time. Thanks for the warm welcome.

Thanks again, all. I have two questions: i was just in a talk which lasted for 2 hours and i didn't want to draw attention to my snus... so i left it in for 2 hours or just over - is that a problem? Is it the done thing?

And, can you drink at the same time as having a portion under your top lip or do you wait until you take it out. Cheers!

You're doing fine on both counts of being discreet.

Hopefully you started with a strong-enough portion to last through your presentation;
at least have in a portion that is still flavorful at the end.

Leave it in for as short, or as long as you like. I keep it in anywhere from 1-3 hours, with 75 minutes being average I think. I drink with snus in, and sometimes eat, but food ruins the snus, so I don't usually do that.
