The FDA comes up with some smoker saving plan every few years......remember the to do about ultra light and light designations by the manufacturers? So, instead of smoking 10 cigs a day, a smoker will move up to 15-20 cigs a day to get the nic.....looks like a win - win......Big tobacco sells more product and FDA gets to justify their existance with yet another regulation......Leave a comment:
