Yeah I have way too many to list but TNG is definitely my favorite ST, followed by Voyager.

I don't spend much time watching TV -- only have OTA (Over-The-Air).
I refuse to pay exorbitant rates for cable/dish, since my viewing is less
than a dozen hours a week. In fact, I usually multitask with the TV on.
Yeah, I know there are a few worthwhile programs on cable/dish but I'd
            rather spend my money elsewhere.

            Strictly escapism:
            • NCIS
            • Bones
            • CSI
            • Castle
            • The Mentalist
            • House
            • Sports

Very seldom do I watch reruns.

PLUS a whole bunch of PBS shows like Nature, Independent Lens, Nova, etc.
There are 7 PBS channels OTA in my viewing area.

Most of my news is gotten online but if I'm up in the middle of the night I turn
to ABC's World News Now or CBS's Up To The Minute.

Online seems to rule the roost in my dog house.

I refuse, too. I canceled my cable around 1990 and have done without it ever since. I don't watch much TV, but my current favorites are The Event, Fringe, and House.

You look to cool fro Greys anatomy (haha) but it's basically a soap and you sucked in. I remember in college getting into soaps with my girlfriend now wife and if I flipped to a soap I normally didn't watch they seemed silly and poorly acted. I would recommend netflix ($9.95 per month), as you can watch movies, as well as TV series you may have missed for free.

Evidently I haven't caught up to the newest math.
How does $9.95/month equate to 'free'?

                      Just wonderin'.
