I was waching "Good Morning America" this morning, and they had this UFO footage. It happened last Monday. I looked on Youtube today, and found this clip, I chose it because it's the longest and clear. It was in Colorado. This does not look or act like any plane I am aware of. It's very interesting, and this type has been seen before and videoed too. 3 lights in a triangle formation.

It doesn't seem like flares to me. This same thing has been seen before. Flares shoot up, and burn, and are carried on the wind. These are static and interlocked. On UFO Hunters they were trying to replicate the Phoneix Lights sighting with flares, and no, flares look and act totally different. If you really think these are flares, and maybe I just haven't seen proper flare footage, can you please post a video of known flares that look like this? To compare.

Tom, in the army my main job was calling in artillery and mortars and I shot flares like the ones in this video multiple times per week.

Here's how it works, the cannon shoots the ordinance to about 2k feet and then it starts falling, there's a timed fuse that causes the cannister to pop at a pre-determined height and once that happens the flares pop out, fall for a brief second and then the parachutes open up. Anyone who's ever gone skydiving or been parachuting a few times will tell you that in the right conditions (not hard to come by) the warmth of the air will push the parachutes back up, creating the illusion that they are hovering, when really they are just off at a distance and fallign and raising based on the air temperature, it doesn't take much of a push to keep these little flares afloat on their parachutes.


I will say a few things though, 1 is that this lasted for 7 minutes, which in my experience is a long time for flares, but certianly not off by much. The flares I used tended to burn out early or end up being duds half the time since our ordinance is so old, but i've seen em hang up there for quite a while before.


It's way too hard to tell on film, in real life you would know if they were flares because they sparkle like crazy and look like flames more than a solid light source, they flicker in the air like candles or like a flare on the side of the road. Hard to tell if that is happening here, the camera reads light differently than the human eye so it sort of blurs the light source and makes it look like it isn't flickering.


But shooting a triangle shape is as easy as telling the guns to aim it right. We used to go for style points like that and it was kind of a game to see what kind of stuff you could do with the flares to show off your skill as a forward observer. So it's not odd that it's in a triangle shape at all, though it is kind of odd that it seems to line itself up at one point, but flares make weird patterns, they are all on little parachutes in the same area so their movement tends to look "synchronized", just like fi you drop 30 humans out of a plane they will all move ina similar patterns as well. Couldn't see any trees to see if the wind was up in this video or not, but those flares/lights were at quite a distance.




If this was on the news though, did anyone check if there were any nearby military bases? To see flares you gotta be REAL close toa military base, because they wouldn't be shooting them over anything but a test range, and those tend to be secluded especially in colorado so if this was taken around a military base than 100% artillery flares, if there is no military base around than I don't see how it could be flares since again they only tend to do that within their own walls. Can't shoot flares over the city because the cannister falls down and could injure someone.

This is also being discussed at Above Top Secret forum, and I haven't heard anyone say flare yet, but someone did say stealth plane, but I don't think one just hovers in the sky like that. These shots were in Colorado, I don't know of any military bases there, or no one has mentioned any.
