This is funny.
"Small" Problem Leads To Arrest Of TSA Worker. (http://cbs4.com/local/tsa.screener.a...2.1679593.html)
A TSA worker from Miami International Airport was arrested after police say he attacked a colleague who mocked his genitalia after he walked through a new, high-tech scanner.
Rolando Negrin, 44, was busted after things escalated following a training session for TSA screeners. Negrin says he was disrespected and teased after the session; that he walked through a new "Whole Body Image" machine and that, according to the police report, it "revealed [Negron] had a small penis."
The arrest affidavit goes on to say that colleagues repeatedly gave Negrin a difficult time about the incident. It reportedly came to a head on Tuesday night. Negrin and his co-workers were in the parking lot when he reportedly requested a co-worker get in the vehicle to "resolve a problem." When the victim refused to open the passenger door, Negrin reportedly came around the vehicle and took out a police baton.
"[Negrin] began to strike victim with the baton across his arm and back," the affidavit reads. "[Negrin] then told victim to kneel down and say "Your sorry."
The victim apparently complied, stating that he feared Negrin.
Negrin left in his car; Fire Rescue was called and treated the victim on scene. When Negrin arrived at work the next day, he was arrested. Negrin is charged with aggravated battery.
A TSA spokesman said in a statement Thursday that Negrin will be suspended and an internal inquiry will be launched.
The high-tech scanners, also called "Passenger Imager" machines, were introduced to Miami International Airport in July 2008.
The machine passes electromagnetic waves over a passengers' body which creates an image that looks like a fuzzy negative. Screeners look at this fuzzy negative picture to see what's underneath passengers' clothing.
It's too bad they arrested him. It sounds like his co-worker had it coming, IMO.
