Back on topic:
Since my dad taught me all about steaks; cuts, how to cook and season them, where to buy them...I know he is good at judging meat. He is going to Tyler Tues and I am having him get my rib-eye's. I told him what it was for and his eyes lit up(I left out the mouth to bone part). So it must sound like a good gift to him.
So, next Sat night I am cooking steaks, potato's, salad, and fried onions. I might even give the onions my famous homemade dip, if I feel like messing with it.
