Weird regional drinks thread

So I was just sitting here, relaxing, and thinking about what I had in my hand. It's a bottle of this stuff :



And I love it, but maybe I'm a machochist, because everyone I know thinks it tastes like bitter root beer... which it does. It also goes well with (edit): cheap whiskey....

so what kind of weird regional fizzy/non fizzy water do you guys like?

I'm a big fan of Manhattan Special coffee soda. I can't find it outside of NY/NJ and haven't had any since I moved down here to Florida. It tastes like fizzy, cold coffee with sugar. Makes the BEST floats ever especially with coffee ice cream.

moxie is great but a pain in the ass to find outside of a a buck something for 12oz bottles at a specialty store were im at. i wish i could get it 12 packs like when i was in vermont visting relatives who unfortunately moved. mellow yellow is awsome but ive only seen it in the south and they tried to test market it in az around 2002.atleast i can get cactus cooler now i love it. its like a pineapple orange soda i drank all the time in southern california. theres also calpiss/calpico its a like a yogurt soda sounds weird i know but its good i grab a bottle whenever im at a asian grocery store.
