I was just on the phone with capital one trying to refund a payment that they double posted on..and everytime i get to a customer service rep i ask them to transfer me to a account specialist so i can get it takin care of in a reasonable amount of time, but yet they still want to know whats going on and feel compelled to do everything before transfering me..yet in the end i'm still transfered..do they intentionally hire retard's?? why can't they simply listen to my request when i get on the phone?? and well after that it seems the account specialist is always missing something that the one before seemed to have at hand what the hell is going on??
Why are credit card companies so retarded??
