No worries Chad. I'm by all accounts a city boy. I prefer world-traveler, but who needs to be pretentious. Not me. It has nothing to do with "redneck" or whatever. Simply-put, I love being in the woods and the mountains, and I have utmost respect and fascination for rural life the world 'round, and one day I hope to live as far away from the shitty as possible. But the point is, I asked the same question to lxskllr a month ago And I even like Poe. Even so, despite the fact that I've seen his pic, in my mind LX looks like Poe. I guess that holds true for all of you and your avatars, except for the more memorable pics on the Ugly Mug thread. PP, if you read this, we've heard your "find my picture somewhere on this forum, it's somewhere" BS. Nutt up and post my friend. I've done it but I'll do it again. Right now. Avatar is a pic I took on 4th of July several years ago. It's a hundred plus year old tree that sits on a farm here in Colorado that's been in my family since the late 1800's. Still my favorite place on the planet and I lived in Hawaii for a few years. Taken at sunset with the Rockies in the background.

Name: I think it appeared when I was in college (2001). I forget how it came about, but it was a joint effort between my roommate and me. It kind of sounds like my last name.

Avatar: I don't have a signature avatar that I use everywhere. This picture is some "artwork" I did with MS Paint. It's a big-headed guy in the forest shooting a snake with a machine gun. I was bored at work and did a bunch of paint art for a few weeks.

I just found a short enough link for my signature. I saw this on another forum a few weeks ago and I laugh every time I see it.
