Had a cigarette tonight. My friend decided to lay down on some train tracks and end his life.

Snus didn't cut it. Won't smoke ever again until another person I love decides to end it.

God that sucks, I am really sorry to hear it. But don't stress about the cigarette. This isn't like someone who quits and goes cold turkey. It's not like that cigarette will suddenly lead to more. what I love most about snus is those few days I feel like a cigatette, I have one. Now, it is only those rare moments I want one, not when I need one.

Talking is the best medicine. 4 losses in my family over a 6 month period took its toll on me. Grieving is tough.
