It doesn't bother me the least bit as long as it is not fake. I see a few white girls at my school who seem to just hook up with black guys to be cool, piss their dad off, or rebel.

On another note.... I'm not racist at all but I do not find black women attractive at all. I don't know why or were in my psyche this comes from. One of my best female friends in high school was a black and female. We discussed the fact that I couldn't find her or any other black female attractive. She was a little offended but understood. I would like to know why I feel this way!

I like 'em all, too. Hell, I even thought Condoleezza Rice was sexy, although I may be in the minority, so to speak, on that one. Now, black culture is one thing I've been around a lot in my life, and is one thing I don't find as attractive, although I appreciate it.

I actually think about this a lot, the interracial thing. I think most people would agree that a lot of problems would be solved if we were the same color, more or less. Similarly, I also think there is a very natural reaction we have to people who are different than us. Having spent so much time with black people, for instance, I can see how they would find a white person's pale, pinkish skin, not to mention our culture, unattractive.

What I find fascinating, though, is no matter how far we've come, people still don't mix as much as might be expected in an "enlightened" world. When I look at people cluster on sidewalks, restaurants, theaters, etc., people tend to stick to their kind much moreso than not.

Yeah, exactly. I love seeing groups of people with different ethnicities. It happens more than usual here in and around D.C.

Since we're being honest here, I'll have to say I don't like it, but probably not for the reasons you may think. I'm against globalization in all it's forms, as I think it reduces the "specialness" of different cultures. I foresee the day, where everybody's a light shade of tan, and speaks English(or Chinese :^O).

I like the fact that there's diverse, segregated cultures where I can go to experience something different. If I go to a foreign country(or even another state as far as that goes), I want to see things that are different than what I have at home. That's been changing over the years, and while it won't make a difference in my lifetime, future generations will be shortchanged in their life experiences.

In the end, I don't care about interracial dating, but I find the new "single world" troubling.

I hear what you're saying, Ix, but that sort of globalization doesn't necessarily mean that something good goes away and is not replaced. Of course there are problems with any system, but I like the idea of finally getting past ethnic tensions so we can move forward as one species. But that's admittedly idealistic, and would take a long, long, long time.

On a strictly naturalistic level, I love my children, parents, kinfolk and by extension my race and do not wish to see it bred out of existence. I don't hate or fear the other. I just love my own.

On a religious level, there was this thing called the Tower of Babel. God created and ordained the separate nations and races of mankind and to try and undo it in search of some kind of societal utopia is surely humanistic hubris and will only lead to more ethnic and racial strife.

Surely you've heard the old adage, good fences make good neghbors. Well, as with most things, the wisdom of our forebears will be proven right in time. The entire breadth of history shows us that people have a natural preference to live their lives in and around their own kind. It is a perfectly natural and healthy inclination and if respected and honored will lead to greater peace, well-being and respect among all peoples.

Exactly. The Cultural Marxists have practically taken over all the institutions of the greater West in their quest to build their multicultural global new world order. Miscegenation and its cultural acceptance is one of their main weapons as French President Nicolas Sarkozy himself just revealed: http://www.brusselsjournal.com/node/3764. I continue to have faith that our people will ultimately come to our collective senses.
