    interesting theory..

Im currently writing a book =)
not for class just out of pure boredom and restless intellect
I think its quite interesting without trying to sound full of my self
Its about how the capitalist system that has built up the american economy is starting to fail and transition into a more socialist type government/econ sys
and eventually moving towards communism and a near perfect anarchial(not sure if its a real word..if not i copyright it lol) system...
    any opinions on my theory??

I totally agree with your theory. Might want to add something about the media. The media controls what we know therefore what we do (kinda). I personally believe that the media already had it in their minds to be pro Obama and that translated into a victory for him. I personally didn't like any of the two party candidates, I was and still am a Ron Paul man.

i forgot to mention im writing a series of essays about the media...ive had it out for them for the longest ..*evil laugh*
but its not complicated and most people think it would be a bad thing but in reality i think people are smart enough(in general) that they should know how to live their lives without an outside regulation

First, socialism is not equal to communism. Unless you're calling the whole of Europe communist, which I think everyone can pretty much agree is pure crap.

Capitalism isn't going away anyways, it was just knocked down a few notches (by government giving corporations free reign, pushing more towards fascism) and some socialist policies are being implemented to in the longrun, increase consumer income, thereby fueling the economy and promoting capitalism. When Social Security, Welfare, and unemployment were created, did capitalism turn into socialism and then communism? Of course not, so let's not be ridiculous.

And truthfully, the media goes for whatever is sensationalistic and popular, and right now Obama is. That's the reason for the bias.

        *End rant*

I know that socialism and communism arent the samething, they have key differences between them
And its not like what im writing is going to happen...its just a theory....but all criticism is welcome.

America will probably remain a capitalistic empire for some time. However, I believe there is dissent building up among the common people toward greedy corporations that are stealing our tax dollars and supporting exploitation of the third world. My genuine hope is that America move toward Democratic-Socialism in the future; however, most Americans would be apprehensive toward this idea, since most American citizens equate modern France with the gulags of Joseph Stalin. As well, most socialist systems breed totalitarianism, so Americans must be skeptical at the same time.

My ideal social system leans toward Anarcho-Syndicalism. However, this idea may not be realistic in my lifetime. However, if the world becomes more united and stark patriotism disappears, perhaps the world someday will not have to rely on government. As of this time, no country in the world could handle Anarcho-Syndicalism.

Socialism is limited communism. How is the U.S. doing? Pretty shitty. Between the debt and the current bail out, not BHOs proposed one, we as a people owe more money than all of the private sector is worth. The deflation of the U.S. dollar has not occurred yet. We sent out around the world what everyone calls "toxic derivatives" based on the worth of real estate in the U.S. These were inflated and/or imaginary dollars that have been pulled from the system. Money that does not exist. The Federal government now has a large stake of preferred stocks in very large companies, most of them banks. Shall we say control? Can we say federalization of our companies? The U.S dollar will fall very soon, gold will continue rise, house prices will continue to fall (thank that ****er barney frank among others). I feel the economy will continue to falter because of housing and the derivatives that are out there. History shows that each recorded housing boom takes the same length of time to settle. The most recent housing boom started in the late 90s. Shall this be different? One can only hope. Back on topic....the U.S. is becoming communistic. The Patriot act is a great example of the degradation of rights. The recent hiring of 2000 FBI agents...to control the domestic population. When are people going to wake up and see that we can all be taken care of and controlled... live a life that is livable, but not be able to live the American Dream. Yet will we still have our freedoms? **** no. This sort of communism goes hand in hand with the environmental movement. Reduce property rights to "save the earth" (complete bullshit) while making people like Al Gore rich. His personal energy consumption is off the charts....He is like a priest having a pre-teen all-male orgy. He must know something that he is not telling the rest of us.

What would I do? Buy gold and silver, buy it so you can have it in your hands. Deflation is here, but inflation will be the big monster in the near future. I hope I am wrong. The U.S. is the greatest nation in the world, we will continue to prosper....This is in the thoughts of most U.S. citizens. This thought process keeps many people complacent, not realizing what might be in our near future.

You know, Marx did have a theory that Capitalism would eventually collapse on itself. Perhaps he was a bit wiser then some folks give him credit for??

Everyone always talks about the collapse of the Soviet Union proving communism doesn't work. Didn't mean that at all. Just that the Leninist version, as modified by Stalin, didn't work. A lot of other communists tried to tell them that, some died a la Trotsky, for their efforts.

I desperately hope I am wrong, I suppose the next few years will tell the tale. But before anyone dismisses it as out of hand, a re-reading of what Marx wrote might be interesting in light of recent events

Do you know what Marx did for a living?

I think it would surprise you.

He was a voice for the proletariat, but was he one of them?
