Coupled with the fact that Arizona, parts of Indiana and I can imagine a few other places don't observe it, the whole things seems like more of a tradition rather than a necessary thing. Everyone embraces the extra hour of sleep they get when we fall back despite the fact most people waste it by staying up 2 hours later, and then everyone complains when we lose an hour however many months later. We don't make people work from 10-8 during the winter because it's too cold in the morning so why change the clocks for something that is basically just a traditional thing.
F That. Spring Forward is in my top 3 days of the entire year. I LIVE for that weekend. Signals the end of my yearly winter depresssion and means it stays lighter out later. ABout the only thing Bush ever did that I applauded. lol. Moved fall backwards later and moved spring forward sooner. Hats off to you George. I can't stand when it gets dark early, so I am on that celebrates Clocks moving forward.

My boss says the same thing. For some reason, the hour back or forward never bothers me.

But I did see something that makes MUCH better sense then moving the clocks forward on a Sat night. Clocks should roll forward on Friday, at about 4 o'clock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And by the same measure, they should roll back on a monday morning at about 6ish.
