we used to do this in elementary school with cereals. we found Wheaties and Kellogg's corn flakes to be the most magnetic while cocoa puffs and cookie crisp were the least magnetic.Comment

did any of you guys watch the video? There were obviously flakes of metal in those flakes. BTW Mike Adams is a true nutrition scholar. He's not putting this out there for his amusement. He's trying to educate people on how engineered our food really is and badly engineered at that......Comment

There is no way that your body is absorbing flakes of iron. You should be getting your iron from everyday eating. Spinach and most green vegetables are high in it. Chicken or beef livers. Beans. Nuts and seeds. Sardines, broccoli, potatoes, Chicken, Beef, turkey,raisins, peaches, prunes for the vegans some already said but tofu also. Even wheat germ, why can't a product called wheaties use wheat germ rather than post industrial waste to back up their claim.Comment
