Just thought I'd post a quickie to let you all know that my attempt to come off my meds was a colossal failure, that I'm back on them, off the ciggies and back on smokeless 4-5mgish.

Life is ok at the moment, good to be back on snuson.

And apologies for my oft-bizarre sense of humour.
