LMFAO Hilarious. As a fellow member of the broke ass club of Snus On I feel for you bro. I often feel taken advantage of at my job and am also part time (do have a second part time job that doesn't pay nearly as much) they often dangle promotions and huge pay raises over my head and when I work my ass off towards that they never follow through and I just get disgruntled. When it all blows over and things are back to normal they do it again. I just got a bonus opportunity for this month that I will no doubt reach and the extra money will be good but in addition to that they dangled the promotion again if I reach the bonus, lets see if they follow through (not holding my breath). I would recommend continuing to look for another job and just do the conference. Maybe just maybe if you are pleasing them they will make you full time again in the future if not at least you aren't giving them ammunition to get rid of you completely. It sucks but it's better than not having a job at all. Here's something that might make it a little better.

Even if they offered my full time job back, I'd turn it down. I'm done with their shit. Real quickly after I started there 5 years ago...I figured out how corrupt and full of shit churches are. Promised myself then I'd never go to church...unless I was getting paid for it!
