    Howdy neighbor!

Born and raised in SI, NY, six years in Providence, Rhode Island (college and then stayed because I liked it there) with a lot of time spent in Mass. (But never resided there) and now live here in Tampa going on five years.

Grønland isn't the worst in Oslo. 90% of Grønland's population is imigrants, but you feel very safe in the area. It's kinda like Chinatown, without all the Chinese Mostly Pakistani, Moroccoan, Iraqi and Somali.

Groruddalen and Holmlia is worse. Groruddalen has a population of 160 000 inhabitants. 95% is imigrants. 1st 2nd or 3rd generation. You don't feel very safe there. There's not much criminality, but there is a bit. The area is known for gangs, drug dealing and illegal weapon position. Almost every building is ten floors or more, and made of concrete.

I'll post a picture in the "your hometown" thread.

The Swedes are a nice people. Isn't Malmö the city you can see? I wouldn't go there It's all a huge ghetto. I'm not racist, and I don't think one should stop immigration, but Malmö has gotten a bit out of hand. All the ethnic Swedes are moving away, and street riots, drugs and guns are all over the place. Denmark and Norway's got ghettos too, but Stockholms "förorter" and Malmö is just...bad. Denmark and Norway have been better at spreading the imigrants in various cities around our countries.

A little outside of Gothenburg in Sweden. I like it here - it's good to live in the country of snus. Although the climate could be a bit warmer!

Could have sworn I posted in this thread when I was new, but clearly not.

I've moved around a fair bit. Born and grew up in Bristol, was a student in Liverpool, lived in London for 10 years, and am currently based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, a small nondescript town near the South Coast.

I'm a true patriot of my home country Norway. I'm from our capital Oslo, Scandinavia's third biggest metropolis.

To brag a little, the UN have rated us to be the best country to live in, we're leading the human development index, we're rated as the best country to be a mother in and we have the highest salaries in the world.
