Even here in deepest, darkest north wales we have a 24hr tesco with painkillers on tap (limited to 2 boxes per purchase thoughOriginally posted by Bigblue1). The shell petrol station sells stronger stuff but chemists where you can get much stronger stuff aren't 24hrs.
