    Love it as well. In a salad on a burger a steak or just carved off the wheel. Mixed in dressings or mayo I don't care, I love it. On cracker or in a recipe it's all good...

      I love it and I can live on it. Roquefort, DorBlu... anything blue in fact. Makes an excellent accompaniment to a glass of deep red wine.
      The only blue I really try to avoid is Gorgonzola Argento because of what it does.... it makes me make wind...
