Exercise isn't the issue here and I understand that this would be the first point of concern. I do pull ups, chin ups, dips, push ups and back strengthening sit ups every two day without fail....up to now of course. Skell...I think you hit the nail on the head. I think heavy weight on my back for 12 years has finally caught up with me. If anything it's a period of rest I need.

I have read enough medical reports in my time to spot the signs, I could e en tell you how much it is worth if its an acceleration injury should you sue, who I do t know as you wouldn't have a case, but I can value it lol

It's funny, not your pain, but the fact that you guys in England can buy codeine without a prescription (We in the US can't) but not snus. Personally I think we should all be able to buy both. Just a social observation.... But then again maybe once obamacare kicks in we will. Hooray for obamacare if that happens. Right Roo?
