Same here, about 12-16 oz of bold coffee each work day, on weekends I don't drink coffee. Don't notice anything bad happening on the weekends when I don't drink it. I took off a week from work last month and didn't drink any coffee and never noticed anything. No reason to quite for me, I think it only gets bad if you are drinking like a pot of coffee a day.

But I guess it's not worth drinking those because of the health risks. A big no-no for the heart.
Hm... Maybe I should try making my cups smaller. One sip of coffee would actually do in the morning. It's that satisfaction and taste that I like, which really a few small sips would take care of.
