I strip the the wheels, propshaft gearbox and clutch after every run machine the clutch plate faces and make changes to spring pressures and counter weights. Then rebuild it and hope the car gets down the 1/4 mile in 6 secs at 200 mph

I love all those classic car rallies that you have in UK!
Ford Escort MK2 is my absolute favorite historic rally car.
