Ebay Unpaid Item Assistant
Just wondered if there are any Ebay sellers out there that have managed to get Unpaid Item Assistant to work? I can't for the life of me get it to work and the Indian support centre's solution (or non solution) to the problem was to not use it and raise the cases manually myself! :-)
