A bit strange question.

Can i do nasal snuff by grinding tobacco (the packs you can buy from a shop and roll smokes from it with filter etc.) to be really small and then try to use it. Is it possible anyhow? Just thinking about it, because i have one pack what i don't need

That'll work fine. The snuff may or may not be good depending on the material used, but it'll work. You can toast the tobacco to give it a nice scent.

Pretty small. There's a bit of flexibility, but I'd say something like baking soda in consistency.

Pipe tobacco might be a better choice since its usualy better quality tobaccos and have flavor/scents already

Yeah, that failure/teacher thing for me too! I have been schooled hard on snuff!
