I never said the judge was at fault. I didn't blame the judge at all. I think that judge did a great job.

as a matter of fact, I think the defense and the procescutor did a great job also. Its the jury I have a problem with.

Sorry, my bad, but still the jury did their job by the letter of the law and the case presented. Considering that the jury unanimously agreed that she was not guilty you have to fault the case presented by the prosecution.

Casey was guilty until proven innocent (which is NOT our Constitution), and even after her trial, even AFTER being proven innocent, was still considered guilty and received death threats. OMG! 31 days! Partying! Lying! DOESN'T MAKE SOMEONE A MURDERER. It is, however, largely associated with DENIAL in the stages of grief...dumbasses...
