Ah, that's one of my favorite movies. Cheeseball plot, but some great guitar playing. The soundtrack was pretty good too, but they inexplicably left the duel off of it :^/ Ry Cooder played the blues parts, and Steve Vai did the classical parts for the film :^)

I didn't watch many movies either, but wtf GoVegan? 10-12 channels?! That's downright luxurious. I had 6 channels, and all but 2 featured heavy static. I was a champion rabbit ear adjuster. If it can be received, I can get it to display :^D

The 70's and early 80's was my real-life movie time. Here are some films I remember seeing either at a theatre or drive-in:
      Night Train Murders
      Jesus Christ Superstar
      Star Crash
      Star Wars
      Alien
      Forbidden World
      Basket Case
Hell of the Living Dead(aka Night of the Zombies)
City of the Living Dead(aka Gates of Hell)
      Death Dream
      The Empire Strikes Back
      Return of the Jedi
      Hercules(with Lou Ferrigno)
      Jaws 3D
      Friday the 13th in 3D
      An American Werewolf in London
      Wolfen
      Day of the Dead
      The Terminator
      Last House on the Left
      Legend of Hellhouse
      Cheech and Chong's Nice Dreams

I'm sure there are more, but these are ones I specifically remember seeing at the theatre of drive-in.

Zardoz! I've seen that, and have the DVD.
Back to 70's TV shows, anyone remember Space Academy, Jason of Star Command, and ARK II?
I recently bought a DVD box set of them all.

I actually have though about forming a band based around Blacksploitation movie era songs. The ultimate inspiration to do this was this song:

                          Ken

Well the original song is from the movie Across 110th Street, but Yes Jackie Brown is an awesome movie as well, but the end always bothers me. Why didn't Max go with her....grrrr.
