you stuttering there Stu?Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

I've been wrong lots of times. Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

CNN is showing film from Geo TV of Bin Laden's mansion on fire after the attack.
Did anyone see Geraldo outside the White House in the crowd of revelers?
One guy told Geraldo he is from Canada. He said, "you guys worry about
where people are born? It's more important where they die."
( referring to Birther issue vs Bin Laden)

Why was he living/hiding in a mansion?
I hope they allow a international team of experts and family members to review and confirm the body.

I agree to a point but I'll go a step further. I find it disgusting to celebrate the death, no matter what bad deeds were committed, of another human being. And yes, a new boogieman will be crowned faster than you can say peace dividend.Originally posted by lxskllr View PostI'm pretty indifferent to the whole thing. It's like finding out someone cleaned the bird shit off my car. I suppose it's a little better now, but them it was fine before also. It just doesn't matter.

My best friend made a good point to me last night. "Yay, we got him, Christi, but don't you think he has a 'first in command', 'second in command' and so on??!!"
I am sure he is right. I am glad to see some positives from this, but the war on terrorism dead?? Really, that is presumptuous don't ya think?

This.Originally posted by lxskllr View PostNow everyone will realize how unimportant he was. Bin Laden was the boogieman we used to justify the money spent to line the pockets of the government's puppet masters. Nothing at all is changed, except now we need a new boogieman. I wonder who it'll be? This is exciting. Better than the elections.
