Well, I turned 60 man! I am very active, chopping a lot of wood, clearing snow, still way busy at work and suffering the brutal commute.But I have to stay away from the sterks. Mental health is still shaky...... so no change really.

But I began a new hobby of collecting scotch and bourbon, which has led to me starting to drink, which actually is helping my mood and lowering my stress levels.

I read so many liquor reviews that google is pushing rehab ads to me daily> "do you have a drinking problem"? -----hell yes, should i have an Ardbeg, Green Spot, Stagg JR., or a good aged rum? That is a hell of a common problem lately! (answer Pikesville 110 proof Rye!) Yeehaw!
