What about overseas? They aren't bound by these laws I would assume since even after PACT we can still get snuff from UK and Snus from Sweden.

Here's the problem for overseas retailers....even though the US gov't cannot "go after" them, they can put them on a "naughty" list and have customs stop all their shipments, and due to no taxes being collected on overseas shipments...the state can prevent UPS from transporting their shipments, by telling UPS that they will be liable for any shipments that violate that states law. Do you think UPS will jeopardize it's operation for a few shipments of snus, lol? Not likely.

Okay..I have to run. Have a meeting with a tobacco wholesaler in a little while. Hang in there guys...I'm working on solutions for the "banned" states.

I again thank you for your efforts! I honestly feel this will end badly for everyone in the United States. They will shut down all the Illicit foreign shipments, then the FDA will make some rulings to make you sell just 5 different plain snus. But by then they will have reducated us to the dangers of using any of it! John Galt Snus anyone?

Whalen I am saying from my expearence FDA is very kind to us Swidish Snus manufacturers i can not tell you all here but just belive me they have done unposible to help us GN for our presens in US and when you say no store will take snus just give address to rickcharle606 and see what can he do brother or i am wrong ?

If GN sprinkled their snus like this along the Baltic coast... you would not notice in the end that you have come to Sweden.... I speak for myself but I think we all share the same feelings towards Mr. GN and his snus.

So far I've been afraid to try the los. But I have a plan.....I plan on driving to the hopsital this weekend, going in and sitting down in the emergency room and popping in a pris. If I run into trouble all I have to do is fall over. Someone should see me and get me medical attention. Hopefully.
