Its all good GN. I did talk to a Trainer, they want too much money, And Doctor said not so fast, and now when I see people with the trainer, They are crying that trainer is a hard ass trainer and trying to kill them with exorcize!

I just cruise along with my own routine, I walk real uphill real fast for two miles on Machine. Then I get on Chest weight machine and Kick ass! IT just takes doing it! I have been at gym now for one year and 4 months. When I started I could not lift 4 Kilograms, I had not used muscles for too long, now I use 50 Kilograms for all my training. Two months ago I stretched out problem in chest with workout, now I have no Pain! I thought I would always have pain, Angels smiling on me all ready!
