Wow! Just realized - Go back exactly three years ago today, I had my last cigarette, A massive heart attack, and over seven hours of open heart surgery. That was a really ****ed up day! Started coding in ICU, saw the proverbial brilliant light, decided not to go, and the rest is history...............I guess it is true, you always remember where you were......................

I have made such a project of trying to turn as many people on to snus as possible. It seems with smokers that even if they don't like snus for the first few days or even week if they stick with it at least three or four portions a day that will gradually increase and smoking will gradually decrease.
The Extreme are the ones that do it the best as the flavor- especially of the new Wintergreen- is good enough for new users to keep it going long enough to overcome any craving to smoke.
