Anyone else used to collect them? I was obsessed with them back in the 80s. I'd probably speed a small fortune getting the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd series mint. I just read they made a flashback set back last year. Pretty cool.

hmmm can't remember how they were sold though .... with a magazine I think ...

I loved them. I used to run into the store and tear open the little garbage bags to try to find the ones i was missing.

Dude, if you knew how much I still spend on those cards, you'd be surprised. I'm working on completing the 1st series right now.

I have a complete set of 1st and 2nd series cards in my basement somewhere. Hadn't thought about them in 25 years until I was at a friend's house and his kids were showing me these "new" cards they were collecting.

You know what I really miss about them (and for all of the other cards I collected in the early 80's)....the gum. I really do miss that stale-breaks-into-pieces-when-you-bite-into-it gum.
