I'm answering for myself, and not Blue, but I think people should do anything they want without interference from the government, or anyone else. You can't "promote" homosexuality. You're either queer, or you aren't. The ones that are should have every right straight people have. Marriage is currently a big issue in the USA, Straight people get benefits from marriage that queers don't have, and that isn't right. I'd go the other way from what people are pushing, and ban marriage altogether. What churches choose to call things is their own business, but from a governmental perspective, it should be a two person corporation, where ANY two people can incorporate as they see fit, and get all the benefits of "marriage". That gives those two people power of attorney over each other, and ties all their dealings together, the same way marriage does currently, but it doesn't come with the religious baggage we have now.

Either that, or get the government out of it completely. I'm ok with that also, but it would require numerous contracts to make it through life, and would be more tedious than necessary.

I wouldn't look at it as a "promotion of homosexuality". It's a "promotion of equality". For instance, most Southern states criminalised interracial marriage until the Supreme Court deemed it unconstitutional in 1967. You ask the average person today what they think of interracial marriage, and you'll find that the majority clearly support it.

I am personaly "hard liner" and let me share with you my thoughts on that :
From Global perspective...
It is danger for me my kids and society I am living folowing things
1. Same sex merrige
2. Multiculturalism
3. Attacks against family values
4. Day in day out talking about Catholik prist pedofils , but not about rabies or mullah pedofils( just for your info I am not a catholic )
5.It is danger for me when in porn movie you see girl doing ... job With crucifix on her neck but not with half moon or David star.

Now why all this dangerous - becose all that makes my society weeker , and in the end there is no society left ( I hope you understand the concequansess of all that.

From moral point :
Let's erase history our culture our customs and do what ever we want to do , in the end you are alone on the deth bed and you do not have even your kid or grand child to give you ageless of water, is it what we want homosexual couple can not make baby it can adopt baby , did we asked that baby if it is ok to not have normal perents but abnormal,
We lived 1000 of years like husband and wife what has happened that now we have to say it is so crustal with homo rights but not tobacco users rights , ?

From Rasistic point of view : in the world there is 3 % percent white people lets destroy family, make more abortions , mery man to man and women to women and erase from earth white race( becose deliberately it is against white race) I am not racist I just say that soon whites become like pandas if they already aren't not in red book

From psikological point of view
We kill baby's threw abortion , that lady might becom not fertile any longer and you do understand what women wants mostly " to be a mom"


Goverment has to do right things to keep well being of it citizens
And all I mantioned is 1 one for society I am living in

How does two men or two women committing to each other for life make society weaker? Thats what marriage is, marriage is not about having children, there are plenty of straight couples who choose not to have children, so please explain how two gay people getting married makes society weaker.
