    Amend The Smoking Ban.

I believe if this hits 10,000 signatures it gets automatically raised in parliament.

Funny isn't it the only bar you're allowed to smoke in in the UK is in the houses of parliament!?

Must one be a resident of the UK?

What about visitors/tourists who are inconvenienced by an all-out
ban and might choose to spend their money in friendlier political
        climes?

As a snuser, I still believe in freedom-of-choice, even if it might be
somewhat limited. An all-out ban of the use of a legal substance
        is downright stupid!!

The mentions of contacting your PM and starting at the local level
before going national suggests that non-UKers are discounted from
            participating. Yes?

                ahhh, no... :-(

You must be a UK citizen or normally live in the UK to create or sign e-petitions.
