I'm using a KeCig K100+ (empire mod clone). I've read that it's threaded for 510 cartomizers. Does this mean that I could use any of them?

Yes it does mean that. It also means that any atomizer, tank, or rebuildable atomizer that is 510 threaded will also fit. Also I believe that any Ego threaded clearomizer or tank will also fit.
