What's it like? I'm sorta curious. I have a local Indian store that has little packs of various tobacco things, I'm not familiar with them.

Ok say you took an american chew, like levi, cause its mild. then cut it a little finer, and let it dry out a little bit.. this is what it reminds me of.. its mild, but the the nicotine is strong and fast. I didnt know what to with this stuff at first, theres barley any info online about it. i tried it in the bottom lip wich was ok, but then i tried a small pinch pressed into a ball in the top lip, and boy was that good.. i wouldnt use this all the time or replace snus with it. but it would be nice if it was available to indulge in on occasion.

i think ive changed my mind about this stuff. i havent used any today, but as the days been going by im getting a pain in gum where i was using it last night... it really hurts.. maybe im not using it right. i read about tobacco in india, and apparently oral cancers realy big there, so im going to stick with real swedish snus.

I got this for free w/ my Mr. Snuff order about a month ago.

I opened it and looked and thought, my goodness that isn't going in my nose, lol. I avoided this thread, because I put the package away and had forgotten what the name was. Well this morning I got it out and recognized that the name had been in a thread here.

I just put a small pinch in my bottom lip and must say it is strong. I am not a fan of bottom lipping since I don't like to spit. If it can be used top lip I might enjoy it. I have never dipped before so I am not sure if I am even doing this right.

I get the lime right off and the tingle of the menthol. I probably wouldn't buy this all the time, but for occasional enjoyment.

I just got a pack of Lajawab today and this stuff is no joke! I put a teeny tiny bit in my bottom lip and within minutes, could feel the nicotine cruising through my veins. After about 6 minutes I had to spit it out because I got the niccups and I hate hiccuping!!! I can't judge the flavor because I just got 2 cavaties filled at the dentist so half of my mouth is numb, another sensation I can't stand! BUT, if you are looking for something to hit immediately and strongly, I recommend checking this out. One pouch is what, $1?? The tiny sized pinch I used, I could easily get 5 portions out of the package. BTW - I was expecting a moist tobacco, but it looks just like dry pipe tobacco. We'll see how it tastes after my mouth is back to normal, hopefully sooner than later!

Overall, I didn't like this, but I only tried it once, and it's really different compared to American smokeless, as it had an odd cut, more like chunks and bits, and lime, and menthol, very different to a westerner for oral tobacco, and it was dry too. Though, for someone who dips, or chews, I found the whole pack to be one serving. I just dumped it in, it's about the amount of an average dip/chew. It does have a strong nic effect, I'll give it that, it kinda was drug like, but it did simmer down after a few minutes. I think $1 is too much for a pack.

It has an OK flavor, huge nic hit, would be worried to use it full time, too expensive for what it is. Quite a novelty though!

A few hours later and I have regained feeling/taste in my mouth...I tried another pinch of this stuff and can 'feel' the menthol but what is the flavor? I can't really taste anything and as I tried really hard to taste something, all I could think of was twigs, wood shavings. I'll be keeping some of this stuff on hand as it will come in handy when I need a quick fix but I don't see myself using this all the time.
