I ordered one of these today, in padauk -- such a beautiful wood, reminds me of rosewood. About 40 minutes after I placed the order with Nicotine Rush, I got an e-mail from Tom saying my snuffbox had already been packaged and was being shipped immediately. Now that's customer service you can't beat!

Since getting my Teak Triple Tech box I have added an Oak Double Compartment Box, a single Teak Box and a Padauk single box. I'm as compulsive about getting these boxes as I am about getting different snuffs. LOL

Well, I already had one little wooden snuffbox. I'm looking at some silver ones, and if I can find a good deal, I'll get one of those too. But a couple of wood ones for everyday, and a silver one for dress-up occasions should be all I need. Or at least that's what I'll tell myself when I'm thinking of buying more.

Speaking of works of art, I just won an eBay auction for the sterling silver snuffbox I've had my eye on. It has a gorgeous banded agate cabochon set into the lid. Check it out:

Yeah, it has to be new, or fairly new. The antique ones usually go for much higher bids... much too high for my wallet. But that's OK. I want a working snuffbox, not a knicknack to gather dust on the shelf. Although I'll probably only use this one for special occasions.

I'm curious how much much did that cost with shipping?

                    $31.95 + $7.95 shipping = $39.90. Very reasonable for a handcrafted specialty item, I think.

Eric, los snus was invented for the hands and fingers... A small round ball formed between the forefingers and thumbs are all that is needed and tasty too...

Got my TripleTech today, and it's a beaut. I'm still amazed by how fast Nicotine Rush is. Too bad we in the US can't order snuff from Tom anymore, but when it comes to snuffing accessories, he's got a customer for life!

USPS. If a vendor insists on using UPS, I have to have it delivered to my office, and I don't like to do that too often. With USPS, it comes to my PO Box, which is near the office, and I can pick it up on my lunch break.
