I can vouch for the Dholakia White not being tobacco free. It's strong stuff. i would also recommend letting it air out a bit before use.

How does it compare with say F.U.B.A.R Grunt?

The White is an EXTREMELY fine powder, and yes, TBD is correct, it's a bitch to use but worth the effort if you're looking for a huge nic hit. Some don't like the large amount of ammonia in it, so letting it air out for a few days is recommended. I spread mine out on a small plate and let it sit in a cupboard for a while. Do put it away so that it doesn't pick up room odors. I once left a tin of snuff open on the kitchen counter and the gf cooked bacon that day. Guess what the snuff tasted like!

Aha! Thats how Roderick does it! :P
Every time I pick up the White I tell myself,"OK we,ve got this ****ed,not gonna cough this time!" Hack, hack, dammit! Just can't get that one figured out unless I just rub it into the septum and sometimes thats not a good idea in mixed company.
I've been mixing it with the Black as it sticks to the moister snuff and its much better for snuffing & still a good nic hit. Since you guys brought it up I had to abuse my nostrils with some of each and now my heads buzzing and ears ringing! :?
Hey TBD, speaking of fine & dry I'll get that HDT sent your way this week.

I actually mix the Dholakia White with some of that "legal" white snuff so it turns into a slightly easier to use snuff with a nice little menthol tingle to it

Hi Tom, nice to 'see' you here! Getting an order ready at your site as a matter of fact. I'm AKA 'zzedo310' over there. In regards to white, tobacco-free snuff, I really liked the few that I have tried so far, with Bernard Cola being my favorite. Can't wait to try out that Dholakia Herbal. IMHO, the glucose tobacco free snuffs are probably the best way to practice sniffing techniques with. The snuff seems to dissolve in the nose so those throat or lung hits aren't as painful. Well, they've helped me learn how to pinch and sniff at least.Originally posted by NicotineRush.comDholakia White is NOT tobacco free. It is one of the most potent snuffs available today. Aren't tobacco free and nicotine free two different things? For example, nicotine gum, nicotine patches, nasal spray with nicotine, and nicotine lozenges. Where do they get the nicotine from? From tobacco right? Yet would they not be considered tobacco free? I would be interested to know this. As yet I would speculate that Dholakia white is a nicotine snuff made from tobacco Which puts it in a class of it's own. Curious?

I always assumed the pharmaceutical nicotine was synthesized, but I don't know that for a fact. Tobacco free I always took to be free of organic tobacco material. I haven't seen the Dholakia snuff, but I'm guessing it gets it's light color from the variety of tobacco used.
Edit:

Ah, ok. That isn't what I thought it was at all. I have no idea. Maybe extract nicotine from tobacco, and put it in an herbal base? I'd be a little hesitant to use something like that without knowing how it was made. We're pretty clear on where tobacco stands, but that?Originally posted by Juxtaposerhttp://www.indiansnuff.com/white-snuff.htm

Does it say "This tobacco product can damage your health and is addictive."? Because we all know who's choice of words those are.

I am 99.9% sure Dholakia White is tobacco. If it wasn't the container would say, or should, and it would not need the warning on it. I think that site excerpt is just a mistake. If I am wrong, I'd like the owner Namrata to say this, and say what it is. But looking at the snuff itself, it's obviously tobacco(to me).
