I was like you, load of old Yoga nonsense, but then I tried it.

It not only keeps my nose clean, but in my youth I managed to break my nose 3 times and it’s internally a mess; the neti pot helps me breathe more easily and much to my wife’s relief reduces my snoring.

Damn Rod! If you are recommending it, I'm going to have to try it now. My fiance has said I snore. Can only imagine how freaked out she will be seeing me with a netle pot. :lol:

Alot of boxers and MMA fighters use the neti pot to help them breathe better when fighting. :twisted:
