Anyone into german snuff?

Has anyone tried the "banana bomb" Poschl Schmalzler SF Südfrucht?

I'm a faux banana hater and it isn't as bad as its been made out to be. The banana smell fades quickly as soon as it hits the nose and you're left with a vague fruity sweetness that goes pretty well with the tobacco. Its good but the best is the Perlesreuter that kinda reminds me of a moister Bernard Brasil Doppelt Fermentiert. Dopplearoma is somewhat of a mix of the two. All will be re-buys and I'm snagging a bag of A Brazil this time. Great before bed snuffs as theres not a lot of nic there.

I don't like menthol snuff. I use it maybe once a day, just for clearing out purposes. I love the schmalzlers , my nose is full of Poschl doppelaroma right now. I find I prefer the heavy, wet snuff, and the schmalzlers are perfection in a can for that.

I have a little German in my heritage, so maybe I'm biased.

Same here. I love all things banana flavored! I should get me some of this... (makes note.)

I also love Banana, however I couldn't get a natural banana flavour no matter how hard I tried and in the end had to admit defeat.

I refuse to make artificial tasting snuff flavours; therefore, I'm sad to say, it will be most unlikely that you’ll ever see a Toque banana snuff.

TS...I wouldn't worry...You really hit the mark with your Christmas Pudding(which I just recieved today with my other flavors in the Christmas offer)What a world of flavor this concoction is!! Fantastic!!(now back to the original topic of this thread..LOL) The Wiz!

If you like Christmas Pudding, I think one might also like Wow! Apple Pie, not that it's the same, but it really has a sweet apple pie flavor/scent.

As far as flavors go, in the Wow, Blast, and Temptation, they are all pretter good. The worst was Mint Vanilla, as it has no mint and to me, a yechy vanillaesque something, and Purple Passion, I did not like. Orange Chocolate was good, Whisky Honey was good, of course Coffee Bite is good...

Tom...Good info there...My last order of 2009(due tommorrow?)has the Orange Chocolate and Concord Grape(Temptation?),along with the Coffee Bite and Swiss Chocolate(both of which I can vouch for)Dholakia has a great handle on flavor....Sure hope this grape is good...I had to order a 25g tin..LOL! I thought the grape was pretty good, very grapey, like kool aid, but in a good way. Lime & Lemony was not bad either, but reminded me of a lemon dish detergent, but wasn't bad.

Oh, and Mixed Nuts.... hmm, it wasn't bad, it really reminded me of mixed nuts, but overall, I didn't care for it.
