If by strong you mean scent wise, I'd add McChrytal's Mild Lemon to the list if you don't like Menthol, which has an intense citrusy burn.
As far a nicotene content goes, Torque's Quit nd Toast and Marmalade pack quite a punch. Then there's Dohlakia White, Black and Sparrow, all of which will really lay you out. Especially the White.Comment
