Now that is the type of communication that should have happened last night when this all started. I do agree that this was not fair from the start, but it was unfair to me from the start. I dont understand how somebody who takes so much pride in their business would willingly downgrade a beautiful looking product into what I have in front of me and ship it off to somebody expecting them to be content with it.

Can you honestly tell me that if you were in my shoes and you ordered online based off of a picture and then got something completely different, you wouldn't be upset?

I did make note that everything has been taken care of. However, I do not feel that removing the thread would be right. The fact that even after what we went through, your sight still shows misrepresenting images of the product. This shows me that other than me getting my money back, nothing has changed on your end.

My post lets people know what they will actually be getting. They can make the final decision for themselves.

He has responded that he will be making the changes to his site. I'll keep an eye out and if the pictures are actually changed to be accurate representations of the produce, I will request that this thread be deleted. I never wanted to completely burn the guy... Just to prevent what happened to me from happening to others.

If the site begins to accurately reflect the items being sold, then this thread will no longer be necessary. I want to be informative, not malicious.
