I too had some stuffiness at first I guess, but don't anymore. I am about two weeks in now with it. And i too still sneeze occasionally, but MUCH less than when i first started.

I just got my new snuff in. bourbon, blueberry, and champagne. I have just barely tasted two, but will wait until I have had a chance to really try them before I comment. I will say I was NOT disappointed though.

I know you'll think this a bit strange but google it or read about it from the snuff experts on snuffhouse.org and you will find I'm right.

Some people (including me) have an aversion to mentholated snuff. I and many others have found that menthol snuffs actually block our noses and this is why non-menthol snuffs are so popular.

I suspect your menthol nose spray is actually contributing to your blocked nose. It is well documented that menthol in some people at first gives the feeling they definitely can breath more easily (one of the main reasons for menthol snuff). I am convinced Iโ€™m breathing clearly but within an hour or two I am more blocked up than I was at the start.

Try staying away from the menthol for a couple of days and let us know what happened.

I use menthol snuff once a day. Right before bed I hit a Gawith President. It causes so much blockage that it actually cleans out my sinuses. A couple of good blows and I'm all clean for the night. Like Roderick I have issues with menthol.

I too have already discovered I won't do Menthol. I may try to kill what little I got, or not. I love the non menthol stuff too much.
