e-mail won't do any good. I once had an order take close to 2 weeks. and all they'll tell you is it takes like a month before they can make a claim against royal mail. You also have to remember it is technically illegal for that parcel to hit the USPS since pact act. I wouldn't worry about it too much but it is always a possibility it gets held up in customs.Comment

Normal shipping to the US take 5 -7 days. As you ordered on Friday morning US it might have missed our UK 4pm postal deadline and could have been posted on Monday. I'll be on a safe bet that it turns up this week.Comment
